DETAILS & INFO
Cupping Notes:
This unique peaberry offers a full-bodied cup with medium acidity. Expect bright, floral aromatics, subtle fruitiness, and smooth notes of cocoa and cinnamon. These dense, hard beans roast beautifully for a medium roast, delivering a balanced and flavorful experience.
What is a Peaberry?
Typically, coffee cherries contain two half-beans. Occasionally, a cherry forms a single, smaller, rounder bean—known as a Peaberry. These naturally occurring mutations are prized for their concentrated flavor and increased acidity, offering a livelier and often more robust cup than regular Arabica beans.
Available in 12 oz stand up pouches whole bean.
