DETAILS & INFO
Bob-O-Link Is Here: A Brazilian Coffee with Heart
Family-Farmed. Nature-Grown. Sweet as a Song.
Introducing Bob-O-Link, our newest single-origin release from the Mountain Mogiana region of Brazil—one of the highest and most celebrated coffee-producing areas in the country.
Sourced from a network of small family farms and curated by Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF), Bob-O-Link is more than a coffee—it’s a collaboration. These farmers believe in working in harmony with nature, protecting springs and wildlife habitats, and handpicking only the ripest fruit. Each lot is carefully selected, naturally dried, and cup-tested to highlight unique flavors from small, high-elevation farms.
The Taste?
At lighter roasts, you’ll find vibrant notes of maple, citrus, and blueberry with lively acidity. Darker roasts bring out rich chocolate and nutty undertones, with caramelized sugars and a smooth, lingering finish. However you brew it—espresso or drip—it’s sweet, stable, and full of character.
