Nestled in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Daterra was the first farm in the world to achieve full carbon neutrality and is known for pushing the envelope on quality, traceability, and environmental responsibility.

Espresso Yellow is a beautifully crafted lot with classic character: sweet, nutty, and chocolatey, with a velvety body and low acidity that plays well as a straight shot or with milk. This pulped natural and natural process blend showcases heirloom Arabica varietals like Yellow Bourbon and Catuai — a tribute to Brazil’s espresso tradition.
